Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the frontline support for our customers, ensuring their experiences with EllyExtensions.com are nothing short of exceptional. Your role will involve answering customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone calls. Whether they have questions about our products, need assistance with their orders, or require support navigating our website, you will be there to provide timely, friendly, and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and responding to all customer communications with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Troubleshooting problems, offering solutions, and following up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, comments, and complaints, as well as actions taken to resolve them.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role is friendly, patient, and responsible, with a genuine desire to help others. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, though not required. Familiarity with our products and the hair extension industry is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
